1951 Volkswagen Deluxe 15-Window Wins Special Transporter Class at the Amelia Concours d'Elegance

There are thousands of car shows happening across North America each year. If most events are organized for the locals, a few cars show became so massive they attracted car manufacturers and collectors worldwide.

The Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance is one of the most prestigious classic car events in this part of the sphere. As you can imagine, there are many different classes, but one of the most interesting and prestigious ones in the Special Transport Class. The winner for this class at the 28th annual Amelia Concours d'Elengance was the 1951 Volkswagen Deluxe 15-Window. In total, there were more than 25,000 visitors to the event, and I am not even talking about the reach winners get aftermath because all major car media in the world talks about it.
